STONE TEMPLE PILOTS Debuts New Material At Austin Concert

According to Billboard.com, Robbie Krieger of THE DOORS hit the stage with STONE TEMPLE PILOTS last night at Austin Music Hall in Austin, Texas for a spirited rendition of "Roadhouse Blues" and joined the band, and bassist Robert DeLeo's son, in the show-closing bows.

STP performed four songs from its upcoming self-titled album during the concert that kicked off a nine-city tour timed to the launch of the band's first single, "Between the Lines". Besides "Between the Lines", STP also previewed "Hickory Dichotomy", "Bagman" and "Huckleberry Crumble".

The band's setlist was as follows:

On Monday, March 22 at 11:00 a.m. EST, "Between The Lines" will be made available on STONE TEMPLE PILOTS' official Twitter page. The group states, "You've likely already heard the 20-second clip floating around the Internet, but it's nothing compared to the real thing!"
